PLOT

Welcome to Plot - Stories for the Screen.
The current edition is a beta version, subject to changes and progressive enhancements. Our magazine, meant to foster networking among authors, producers, and distributors for international cross-platform independent co-productions, enters its second year on the Internet. In 2010, Plot - Stories for the Screen will become a shared space for "converged media" content, in an experimental framework marked by a multi-lingual and multi-platform approach.
Very soon you'll be able to register, or subscribe, to become part of the Plot professional community and to explore with us the new scenarios for creation, production, distribution, and business regarding independent cinema and cross-platform content.
Plot - Stories for the Screen was born in Italy in 2003, in paper format, as a window for the best stories submitted to Affabula Readings. Since 2007 it has also published the projects selected for the European Cinema and Audiovisual Days.
Publisher: Fert Rights ltd. f_rights_srl@fert.org

EDITORS

Plot - Stories for the Screen is run by a team of multilingual story editors who also work for Affabula Readings and the European Cinema and Audiovisual Days; they provide project analysis and advice while interacting with the rightsholders during the initial development and evaluation phase.
Projects with outstanding potential subsequently enter a promotion phase with publication in this online magazine. Depending on the decisions of the Plot editorial team and on the agreements established with the rightsholders, the publisher of Plot may pitch the stories at international markets and co-production fora and/or co-produce demo-trailers.
Unsolicited projects for Plot - Stories for the Screen can be sent to info@affabula.it - please allow a month's time to receive the first feedback. Urgent story coverage and script editing can be requested on a paying formula.
